Justin,
At age 14, you're not done growing.
There are a lot of changes that will continue to evolve over the coming years.
You are not alone, many young men have a foreskin that is still attached... that's pretty normal.
Some already have retracting foreskin, and others will need to continue stretching and growing before it happens somewhat naturally.
You can mention this to your family doctor, but chances are he will not recommend doing anything for a couple of years yet.
The condition may eventually need a small snip, but it is not painful, as they use a pain killing shot. And a complete circumcision is not usually required. But check with your doc.
Don't worry. ;-)

Ok, but i've seen others penises at my age (just like in change rooms and stuff) and you can clearly see their penis head from the foreskin being retracted a bit.. my skin is like attached and my skin fully covers the head.. i have no issues peeing.... but it still worries me and i would never have the guts to talk to my doctor or know how to even arrange it! i'm worried sh*tless! :S

Got it, Jason.
Remember, when you sneak a peak in the locker room, you don't know if their foreskin is still attached, or if they're having trouble retracting it either, right? Most all men, until they have a circumcision OR a "dorsal slit" or other adjustment... have an attachment at the underside of the foreskin... this is typically the frenulum...and area of great sensitivity for men. That's another reason why doctors may be reluctant to snip or cut it too early... prefering to let mother nature continue growing.
Now, some doctors suggest gentle stretching if the foreskin is too tight a band around the head, but again, at age 14, there's lots of time for changes to occur.
If you continue to worry over this, you could ask your school coach privately, or the school nurse, about how common this is. The other thing is you can wait until next time your folks take you to the doctor and ask to speak to him alone "about a guy thing". They should respect your privacy. Depending on how close you are with your dad, you can bet he had the same concerns when he was young, and you might ask him how he dealt with it.
But the point is, you don't have to worry over this, as there are YEARS for adjustments to be made... by a doctor or by Mother Nature. :)
