Hi, I am 24 years old and I am practicing body building for several months already. My friend from gym told me that eggs are good for muscle gain so I would like to know is it better to use raw or cooked egg? Also I would like to know how many eggs I may eat per day. Thank you.

Hi, I guess that you now that every cooked food has less nutritive value than fresh but raw eggs may be pretty dangerous because of possible infections by salmonella. Because of that I would suggest you to eat cooked eggs but not whole egg just albumen. Proteins are in albumen and lipids are in yolk. You may eat up to 12 albumens daily.
