I am looking into amino acids for my grand daughter who is 15 and very under weight. I bought garden of life grass fed collagen protein powder, it has all the amino. There are 20. Some are non essential which means your body can make them, and the others are essential which means you have to a get them from the foods you eat, or supplement. This may be the missing link.
