Hi there, I had a tag removal a few months ago which was right near a fissure. All I can say is that it was painful, however the chemist gave me good advice - put a nappy rash creme on before a bowel movement as it acts as a barrier. Mine took a good 3 months to heal. All the best.

I had the surgery and laying on your side instead of sitting and lots of sitz baths and Advil and it was very manageable. The painkillers do nothing for the pain and they constipate you. I was only uncomfortable for five days.

Yes. I had a surgery a year ago. It was for internal hemorrhoid. I had beed following a hight fiber diet since then. I have notice some pea like structure around my anus. Very less amount of pain and little blood. Is it external hemorrhoid? I am not ready for another surgery.

Hi I had staple hemroidectomy 27th Nov last year 2017. I was told I might get infection which I did. Also be bleeding again right and urgency which drove me mad. Every time I went the toilet I would think I had finished then 2 min later back on. It took me 7 weeks to recover and now my hemroids are back. I know it's not skin tag as like big bulge when I go the toilet. And this is just sitting there before bowel movement. So I'm not happy. But I was told before op I had a rectoceal to. But the surgeon said if not to bad wouldn't do the start procedure so he didn't. So I'm wondering if this is why they are back. I'm not constipated sometimes I have diarrhoea but still piles come out.fed up.

Hi! Have you tried cypress essential oil for the skin tag? I have one after pph surgery and I started using the cypress oil a week ago and it shrinks it tremendously and relieves the irritation.

Well I am 8 days out and I know that new ones have formed it's so frustrating i looked and there is a small pink spot and a larger on really hanging it hurt so so so bad I just want to cry I see my Dr Monday

I had surgery on 18th April. First bm 12 hrs later produced new haemoroids. This new haemoroid is causing me immense pain all the time and isn't easing up. All my bm have been soft/loose. To be fair my surgeon did stress that I'd probably need further surgery.
