I was hoping for some insight into this.

Around 3 weeks ago, I noticed a swelling under my tongue. It gradually got bigger, not big enough to affect talking or eating, but still was kinda large.
Originally, it was flesh colored but i noticed this morning it was red. I can't know how this happened. I did smoke a cigar around that time, which i dont normally do.
Any ideas what this could be?
