red bumps on vagina because of nair use

hi... i am 13 years old and all my friends shave there vagina because they are sexually active i am not though.i wanted to shave mine but i was afraid that it woul scratch me so i decided to use nair.when woke up the next morning i had red bumps on y vagina and my veagina was very irrated and it hurts and burns alot it is very red and it has bumps were my pubic hair will be.i didnt tell my mom because she will suspect im having sex because she woul feel as why i need to do that if o one sees down there anyway.i was wondering though do i need to see a doctor about this is this important
