i have this red dot neer my lip its small but i ve only had it about a week n im thought it was a pimple n i put toothpaste n acne cream on it not mixed but ya could i have petechiae because i do have get flee bites sumtimes because i have a cat so could it be that i have petechiae???

you prolly have a broken blood vessel under your skin its nbd but if you are annoyed by it you can get it "zapped" by a dermatologist -and btw toothpaste does nothing for acne---that was back a long time ago when there was some asprin in toothpaste --this is no longer the case so don't waste your time
