There has been white cream like substance under the skin over my glans penis. Also, when I try to clean with Dettol soap, red dot patches are displayed. Seems like the skin of glans area is very thin and if I rub these with water to clean I see blood coming out.(very little though) It hurts too. Sometimes its itchy and sore. Hi guest, what you are describing under your foreskin is called smegma and all uncircumcised males get it at some going in there life if they don't keep the glands washed regular, I would avoid using soap though as it can cause irritation just let it soak in water and gently rub with your finger to get it off.
