I am new to this site and apologise if I am posting in the wrong place.
I have a pretty simple question.
Almost two weeks ago I had unprotected sex. When I got home I showered and noticed two very small (+-5mm) raw circles under my foreskin on the left hand side (I thought that it was from rough unprotected sex). I washed as normal and then applied a skin healing cream to the area (can be used there) to help heal and remove the discomfort. The next day it was already 90% healed, but, now on the same side (left side under foreskin) and only there, has become red, very slightly inflamed, periodically very itchy and when erect I sometimes feel little bumps where it itches.
Could this be a simple yeast infection, or could this be an STD ??
Any and all advice would be much appreciated.

I had the same problem though I was circumsized just put some hydrocortozine cream on it stings but help you can find it at any local pharmacy
