Red pimple like bumps!

Hi, I'm 14 and still a virgin. I do shave my pubic area just to keep it under control. not that i've compared it or anything, but my vagina just doesnt seem healthy. this is really embarrassing for me and i really want to get some advice before i ask my mom about it. I have a ton of red pimple like bumps ALL over the edge of my vagina. I also have a few on the inside. they dont hurt but i can definitely feel them. theres some on the lips too. Whenever i pull down my undergarments, a strong odor is released. its not pleasant. also, its really itchy. i get a white discharge under my nails if i scratch, which i do sometimes in my sleep because its so bad. theres a white creamy coating on the inside walls of my vagina as well and on my clitoris. i can wipe the white coating off with a tissue, but it always comes back. it smells awful, not like fish, more like menstral blood. the pubic hair also grows back abnormally fast and when the hairs begin to grow back, the skin around it begins to flake, like dandruff. the lips closer to my anal area look wrinkly and sick. the inside of my vagina is really red and still itchy! its been itchy since i was really little, but i never thought it was weird when i was little and i always hoped it would go away. some of the white coating is also in my anal area which also itches. i only know that i scratch there in my sleep because, one, theres coating under my nails, and second, theres very tender scratches on the inside. Please help. i just need to know whats wrong. Please help. why is my vagina so unhealthy and whats wrong with it??
