Hi I'm 18 and I've never had sex but resantly I've noticed red spot on my virgina and I'm not sure what they are when I go 2 Squeeze them they start to bleed I really don no what they are do I need to go to see the doctor or will it go soon I'm just really scared because I've never had anything like this before
