before one month i have tested- serum creatine-1.0, urea-21, sodium/potasium normal, urine-pus cell-4-5, bp normal, diabetis normal, urine culture- nothig found, normal

age in between 40-42 weakneas feeling, head rotating sensation, urine in the gap of 30/40 minutes, burningness feeling in urine, urine colour is yellow, Latin not clear, vomiting feeling after taking food,

 what is the reason what r the health tips/advice
