Rib Pain,Vomiting,and Pain near ovary;

Hi, I'm a Girl I'M 17 and I had Pain yesterday morning On My Ribs in The Inside it felt like someone was squeezing me real tightly and it hurt when i sat down, lay down or stand up or even walk, and it also made me feel sick and i had to vomit then there was a slight pain near my right ovary. I would like to know if any of you have had this happen to them before and would like to know what it might be.THaNKS
