This is very common I being 14 had this last year it is totally normal and it will start to tear from the head little by little, this is normal. I found it best to just massage the beginning of the head of your penis fpr about 7-10 mins then tug about 2-4 mm of the foreskin attached, this will sting quite a bit but shouldn't irritate afterwards and it wont sting when peeing. Hope this works for you as it did for me. :)
