Hello. I am a guy that is 14 years old and I play basketball a lot. I noticed that I play a lot better if I include rotator cuff stretching in my usual workout. I know that this is probably a stupid question, but does it help? Also, is there some other exercises that would help me to play better? Thanks in front.

Hi there. Of course it helps. I am a coach in senior high, and I don't let my students to play if they don't do the proper workout. You should start with the head, shoulders (the rotator cuff stretching thing you described earlier), hips, legs, than you do a couple of pushups, run a couple of tracks, and you are ready to play some ball.
