My pain disappeared the first two trimesters
Then towards middle of third trimester pain is back and unbearable especially the RSD in my legs combined with extra weight of carrying the baby

I'm having my second child. My first since I've had RSD in my foot for 4 years. I am miserable. I was very active before I got pregnant and had my illness under control. Now I am in unbearable pain every single day. My hips are hurting so bad I'm having trouble walking. I'm only 7 weeks in. So I'm happy for the women who say they are symptom free but don't be fooled. The majority of us who are having trouble with the pregnancy probably don't feel well enough to post. Good luck and speak honestly with your physicians.

I have RSD and my pain went away during pregnancy after the first trimester except for pregnancy related pain such as I had sciatica in my hip for a couple weeks and back pain bc of baby, pelvic pain bc of baby and ankle pain after long waitressing sniffs bc of baby, long hours and extra weight. Now my baby is 2 weeks old and all my pain is back full blown.... I don't haveRSD as bad as everyone else but it is really hard especially at night to take cAre of my son and I could barely get out of bed today. I'm so thankful for my husband and I wouldn't trade my son for anything. Ive never been given medicine for my pain and I did physical therapy a few years ago and couldn't manage it with my job. I'm very discouraged and want a second opinion from a doctor... Not sure if I have RSD or if it's just a lesser than everyone else I read on here although I still hurt and my pain is at a 6 creeping higher everyday since he was born

hello, I was diagnosed with RSD after a bad fall at 7 months pregnant. I have had 4 professionals all with the same diagnosis so I feel confident saying it is a clear diagnosis. I have had 3 natural childbirths and didn't really think of doing it differently this time but as my pain is getting worse and spreading, I am now getting more concerned with the actual birth. Anyone out there can tell me their experiences labouring and pushing with RSD who had symptoms while pregnant? Particularly, I am always on my feet labouring and now cant... suggestions? Also, did labour pains continue or RSD spread after birth well beyond a few days? Thanks in advance for sharing!
