too much sex lol...I'd say your body has matured & changed...& you would be paying more attention to that area of your body now than you did before as well...to keep the muscles of the vagina in good order do pelvic floor exercises.

Alright whoever is saying that you have a saggy vagina because of too much sex is an id**t and a dumb guy obviously! The truth is that probably happened because when you were younger you played with yourself which is completely normal for you to question yourself and your body, or just basic genetics. I personally have this problem also and used to be really insecure about it, I'm older now and have learned to be more comfortable with it. The boyfriend I have had have never ever seemed to notice their was anything wrong, much less mentioned it! They are happy to be with me and get what their getting. I hope I helped :-)

Wow, everyone who is here saying it's because you've had too much sex has NOOOOOO idea what they're talking about. Just like every other part of the human body vagina's come in all different shapes and sizes. And I actually doubt that your lips have gotten any longer than they were before, you are probably just more aware of them now. I'm 28 and have had a whole lot of sex in the last 13 years, and I don't look any different now than I did before I lost my virginity. I have long inner lips (labia minora if you will) and I always have, and until I was probably 17 I thought that I was "normal" and girls who's labia minora were tucked inside, all nice and neat, were the weird ones, lol. Fact is, none of it is "weird"! Innies, outties, chubby, dainty, whatever, they're all beautiful and all normal! I'm bisexual and I think they're all hot! So please, don't be insecure about this! I won't say all guys, because some guys are just ignorant penises who don't deserve to touch any vagina, think the same thing. Some may love them all but have a personal preference one way or the other, just like some men love big boobs and others prefer them a bit smaller. But there is no reason in the world to be insecure about this. I do know what it's like though. I was insecure about it for a long time, and sometimes I still am. Sometimes I think, well, if they were just a little smaller, I would like it more, but it's just not healthy to pick yourself apart that way. I had a boyfriend once that I swear to god, worshiped my vagina, lol. Loved my long lips. He used to look at it and say "It's like a beautiful little flower!" lol. There really are a lot of guys that LOVE long lips. If you want to see just how "normal" you really are, there is a blog you should check out. It's a photo blog that a girl started, with the sole purpose of squashing out our insecurities about our vaginas by showing how we're all "normal". It's called Vagina's of the World. Just google that and you'll find it. Seriously, do take a look because I think that seeing all the different shapes and sizes we all have will make you feel better about what you have, and maybe it will even help you embrace it :) Also, to answer you about being able to change it.... Well, short of surgery there is absolutely nothing you can do about it. And surgery shouldn't be taken lightly! Things absolutely CAN go wrong, just like any other cosmetic surgery. Like I said, I was very insecure about my own vulva, and I did look into surgery. I did a lot of research, and though I did see plenty of good results, I also saw just as many bad ones. And if the surgery is botched, it can be very difficult, if not impossible to fix it, not to mention, VERY expensive (more expensive even the original surgery). Since you're 16, you have at least two years to think about it before you can legally get it done (unless one of your parents gave permission, and even then, I think it would be very difficult to find a surgeon who would do it, and if you did, I would be very wary of the surgeon), so if you really are interested in the surgery, do your research. Only go to someone who has extensive experience in performing labiaplasty, even if this means you have to leave your area. Just because they do the surgery doesn't mean they do it well, so don't go to someone in your area just because it's convenient or less expensive! Make sure that you see as many "before and afters" from them as you can, and if they don't have many to show you, even if they claim to be experienced, then find someone else. Also, this is a very pricey surgery, and beware if it seems to be too cheap. Saving a couple thousand dollars won't be worth it if you come out of looking deformed! Basically, DO YOUR RESEARCH. I'd like to discourage anyone from having this surgery, but at the same time I understand why you might want it, and if after thinking about it long and hard, and living with what you have for another few years you feel like it would make you a happier person to change what you have, then by all means, do what makes you happy. I feel this way about all cosmetic surgeries. There is a website that you should check out if you're considering any plastic surgery. It has tons of great info on it, but the best part is the forum, where people will share their own experiences and even before and after pictures. I don't think I'm allowed to link anything on this site, but hopefully they will let me say this: google search labiaplasty and it should be the second result down, the first being wikipedia. It's called Real Self. And if you don't find it that way, just google search "labiaplasty real self" and you'll find it. You can also look at any other types of plastic surgery you want there. It's a great site. Anyway, I'm sorry for writing such a long post, but I do hope that it was helpful! Oh... I just realized that this was originally posted 6 years ago, but I'm still going to post it since it seems to still be active and that I know that there are other girls going through the same thing. Be proud of what you have ladies! Embrace it and ENJOY it! You're lucky to have it ;)

Ugh, just one more thing (I'm the one who posted the super long post a bit ago). To those of you saying that it's from too much sex: You're obviously not the brightest crayon in the box. It just royally pisses me off that someone would say that. You must be completely ignorant to believe such a thing, and if you know better, then just a flat out shitty person to tell someone else that her vagina looks the way it does for that reason. Why don't you just say what you're really thinking and call her a w****. Oh, what? You don't want to seem like the judgemental b***h you really are? Well, too late.

Now, if you really are just that ignorant, just think about it. Do you think that my lips are dragging on the ground since I'm 28 and have been sexually active since I was 15? Wait a minute, I've only had sex once in the last 2 years, so does that mean that my lips WERE dragging on the ground 2 years ago, but now they've bounced back because I gave my vag a break? What about women who have given birth?

For the love of god people, in this day and age, there is absolutely NO excuse for being ignorant. Think before you post please.

I am re-posting my long post from before because for some reason it lost the format it had when I wrote it so it's just one big long thing and a bit overwhelming. I can't delete it because I'm posting as a guest so I apologize for the double post.

id**t.... I had this problem after only having sex three times with one guy! For me it was that he was very well-endowed and too rough.... plus I have sensitive skin.

I know as I went to the doctors about it. Some people react differently to different experiences.
I swelled up after the third time I had sex with them and had friction burns.

I guess for me I rushed into to sex quite fast after losing my virginity.

And I have never had an sti or std.... completely clean, my skin is just very sensitive.

I had the same problem. But I just bought anti-aging facial cream, I put some on my vagina, and it tightens the bags. It's great, and I feel so much better about myself.

Good Luck Girls!!
