idk for about 5 years now. For every year or two for about 3 days or less. i would get this small oval shape "under the skin hard to see but can feel" bump either on the hood or near the "outer labia" right skin side of my vagina. (I had sex three times in my life and i go this bump b4 i started to have sex) and im 19. i dont know if that information helped but WHAT IS IT?? HELP!

It sounds very much like a harmless cyst. These tend to occur, in that area, due to a blocked lubricating gland. As this only happens when you become aroused that is my reasons for suspecting this. I hope this helps.
