I have scoliosis and just about every side effect that can come with it. Including knock knees , hip displasia, protruding ribs on my left side, uneven shoulders, uneven muscles (pecs and back) . I work out alot so that is a big deal to me... Is there anything to be done for any of these?

Yes, there is. I would recommend that you look into Schroth Method of scoliosis exercise to help improve the muscular imbalances you have as a result of your scoliosis.
