Hi, my husband about a week ago noticed a zit like bump on the under side of his sack (closer to leg on right side). He said it kind of hurt so i popped it to relieve the pressure. The "stuff" that came out was like puss filled blood and quite a decent amount He said it felt a lot better. A couple days later he was checking "his" situation out and noticed there was a head again. I tried popping it again, realizing that it had almost doubled in size from a frozen pea to a small grape. Nothing came out. It is not causing any pain but when we checked on it today (about 1.5weeks from original discovery) it is now the size of two grapes. It is a solid mass with no head. We have now noticed that his right teste feels a little bit bigger than his left. Does anybody know what could be causing it? If we should seek immediate attention? or if there are any suggestions to make it go away? Just knowing someone else has gone through this at some time or another will bring some comfort? We do not believe its an std for I get checked every year and my husband has been completely loyal. Thanks for your responses.

Hi guest,

It may be a sebaceous cyst, the original bump anyways.  Basically it is a big zit.  The skin on the genitalia is thin and they can/do form.  Treat it as you would any zit.

Some size difference between the testes is NORMAL.  IF you think something has changed then he should see a urologist.  They specialize in the male reproductive system.

Hope it helps.
