When I came back from my holiday in Europe I started experiencing some strange things on my scrotum. The area is red and flaky and I got concerned that it is some sort of fungus or something. Any ideas on how to get rid of the discomfort? Any antifungal creams or something? Thx

I once had similar condition with the redness, flaking and even burning sensation. I went to see dermatologist and I was diagnosed with a condition called tinea cruris or a Jock Itch. But you can’t know for sure you have the same condition, so I won’t tell you anything on treatments as I don’t want to feel guilty if your condition gets worse cause of my fault diagnose. I advice you to go and see a doc, that is the best possible way to determine your problem and then solve it.
