Sebaceous Cyst on Penis Shaft (Seriously

Looks like the cyst is allready coming back.. How do I remove the sac?! it seemed to be impossible at the time, does the whole cyst easily pop out if i make bigger cut? This is so frustrating and annoying, self confidence -10

I have the same I think :( I have atleast 100 of these on my penis shaft and balls they feel like they have a grain of sand in them And when I squeeze them this pus sort of stuff comes out I have no idea wat they are please some 1 reply to this.

I just had one of these cysts removed today. I finally got enough nerve to visit a doctor (plastic/reconstructive surgon) my sister works for him. I am posting this as I know what you are all feeling. I had this thing for over a year. Never hurt just embarrassing for me. I am here to simply tell you go see a doc. it was seriously nothing to have this removed properly. They numb the area and simply cut and remove the entire cyst. The numbing injections were nothing compared to stubbing a toe on the coffee table and I was seriously out of there in 20mins. Worst part was there was a woman assistant helping the doc. i felt kind of exposed. Don't mess with this your self you will make it worse. I had one the size of a small marble. I have everything wrapped up right now so I have no idea how it looks, but when all said and done it cant be any worse than having a lump. Just build up the courage and drop your draws. I should have done this a year ago. It is not worth the mental frustrations that I know this is causing. $400 well spent and can get back at it in a couple of weeks..

I just removed one. I think they are easier to remove if unburst. The reason they won't come out when you squeeze is because they are attached to the dermis and may have a thin membrane on top. Also they lie flattish along the skin. The lump is mainly from the irritation they cause. Often you can see the cyst if you push from behind once the skin is open. I found the trick to getting it off was to use the BLUNT end of a needle (yes sterilized) and to push from the side. The needle will then slide over the cyst, so push back and forth gently but firmly. Soon you will loosen it. Then you can gently slide the needle underneath until it is free. The lift it out, dress with antibiotics, do everything sterile, lots of alcohol swabs etc.

Hey I've had one for a while and i need to know...about what temperature should the water be to put on the cyst? And would gel heat packs work?

I got something like this twice when I was 15 and 16. I accidentally popped it once the other time it just went away (I think I can't remember too well, but I am pretty sure) They both lasted a few months I thik (I remember it was winter 2 years in a row I would have gone to a doctor but I was embarrassed and by the time I thought It would take to set up an appointment through my mom (who is a doctor and was a single parent at the time) It would have gone away). Haven't seen it since. I googled this out of curiousity to see what people said on the subject and in case it ever comes back. I'm 22 now so I doubt I will see one again for a while.

Thank you so much for posting this I have been so worried about this on the shaft of my penis. It is very re-assuring to know its normal and I do not have any kind of disease.

Finally grew some balls and went to urologist today. I thought it would be embarrassing because I'm young and everything, but it was nothing. The doctor was nice and he did the surgery after 5min of talking. They told me via email that the surgery would cost 230-350€ but I had to pay 76€, that was pretty awesome. First he put 2 shots of anesthetic to my penis, it didn't hurt at all. Then he made kinda big straight incision(?) and pulled the sh*t out, then he put some stitches in it. Whole process took bout 10min, now it's kinda itchy and looks horrible, don't know how those bumpy sutures can make smooth but hope it will. Lot of blood and swet were shed but I hope this will end up fine. I will (hopefully) post _one last_ time here after week of two when it's healed.
Really! It's just easier to go see doctor, I try to avoid them but this wasn't as ankward as I thought it would be. They've seen everything allready

It took few weeks to heal. Now it's pretty smooth but colour is little different and you can see the cut, the stitch holes are clearer but I hope I can reduce the scar by using castor oil etc. It left a little mark but yes, this is lot easier to explain than that f*n white bump. happy ending

its not a STD its just what happens when your testes swell it produces a lot of chemical reaction that forms a 'pimple' on the surface skin of your genetials

I have one of these cysts and it's very large, went to my family doctor he said it's a cyst but to make sure i'll send you to a urologist, the urologist spoke broken english and he basically said pop it yourself i'm not doing surgery. Since he is the only urologist in my area i guess i'm out of luck. I tried popping it tonight with a needle, no luck all that came out was alot of blood and it hurt like hell. What the hell am I suppose to do with this thing?

I currently have 2 right next to each other on the far left of my penis. From reading the posts before me, it sounds like I should either ignore it or goto a doctor. Does anyone know how much these cost on average? People have said it only takes 30 min, but how about money wise?

I had a cyst, I thought I could just pop it, I tried numerous times over a two week period. Last night I just said f**k it, that I wasn't going to sleep until I found the problem. When I would make a small cut and squeeze the cyst only a small amount of blood would come out. Over two weeks that was all that I could get and although it didn't hurt it was a confidence buster and naturally I was beginning to get worried. So I had a few drinks and tried again 20 mins later last night. I went a little deeper (not much, be careful) and turns out that the problem was an ingrown hair. The hair was like an inch long. Its been about 5 hours and the swelling is basically gone and the cut is already beginning to heal. If yours is too painful go to the doctor. Honestly I never would have guessed an ingrown hair would give me this problem but now I'm just so relieved. I can get laid again :)

And yes, the risk of infection was high, so I made sure to disinfect the scissors before using them and the cut after the bleeding had stopped.

This is one of the crazier things I've done to my penis, but hey, it might have worked. I'll repost here when I have an idea of the result.

im 13 and i have been seeing alot of dead skin cells fill in the pours on the skin of my penis and i pop them like zits, but one day i had a read mark on it and i thought i was a pimple i tried to pop it. It didn't pop then a few day latter it was the size of a marble i though it was a tumor then i though they don`t grow that fast ,so i found out it was a cyst. i have not told any one about it but soon i will be going to the doctors hopefully i will get helped about my embarrassing penis acne...

i have this problem all over my penis and balls they are not to big but quite really unattractive and quite frightening anyone know what i should do?
