This truly seems like the best response I have heard. This happens to me occasionally! And as gross as this sounds, it happens when my husband and I have sex when I have to go #2, am constipated, or am gassy. I try to hold it in and then BAM I am curled up in a ball in tears because of how bad the pain is. I'm laying in bed with a heating pad right now and that's helped the pain for now but it usually just takes time:(

This morning during intercourse I had the same exact pain. We had to stop and I decided to call the advice nurse. She asked the physician on call and he told me to be seen in the ER. Slowly, while on the phone.. The pain started to dissipate. I declined the advice to be seen and instead asked if they could schedule me an OBGYN appointment for tomorrow. $50 ER visit apposed to a free clinic visit. I'll take my chances. The Dr. then got on the line and asked me specific questions. He advised me to be seen because he believed one of my ovaries was twisted and I needed an ultrasound to make sure. I explained to him that the pain had gone away and that if it returned I'd go in. He agreed. I've had 3 kids, and it seriously felt like I was having contractions in vagina and anus area.. it was excruciatingly painful!

You have to fart! It's gas trapped. The closest pain I can compare this to is childbirth, and I did that twice! Take a child liquid suppository to help you pass the gas bc on your own it hurts like a b**ch! The more you fart the better you'll feel

I am struggling with anal/sphincter excruciating pain too. Seeing s colorectal surgeon tomorrow. You may have injured your sphincter muscle. There is a surgery to relieve that, internal lateral sphincterotomy. Also Botox injection right into the muscle itself. Be aggressive with doctors and good luck.

Warm compression will likely help alleviate some of the abdominal pain. I drink hot tea to (roiboos tea or chamomile) help relax the muscles. I read a response on another forum it may be your partner hit your cervix & the cervix contracted. Many of the women said the time they had sex when they experienced the pain was during the week leading up to their period, so perhaps some tender or inflamed areas that are vulnerable during that time.

Hi dear....I have basically the same issue just as u did...at one point I had to wonder if my boyfriend made any damage on the inside...because just as he discharged inside me and I went to clean myself up,I started to urinate n I just felt that unbearable n unusual pain in my lower abdomen and my anus...even when am to sit I av to take my little time n sit on the side of my bottox,but after two days I was back to normal but even right now I'm still having pain in my lower abdomen even during sexual intercourse but still I haven't visit a doctor and that was a week ago...
