I know I'm late, but I have very similar symptoms too, sometimes they just occur on their own, other times after sex. I get the pains maybe twice or three times in a year during ovulation. Other times, it's after sex. I'm not constipated as my bowel movements are normal. I did have a vaginal infection, and I took some over the counter meds, helped get rid of it. The sex was a few days after the medication.
I find that drinking lots of fluids also helps the pain, the more I pee, the less the pain. Other time just brave it...unfortunately, doctors can't know everything. Especially with women

My girlfriend literally thought it was her that you were talking about. We have had the same exact thing happen. Went to the er, no diagnosis, went to the gyno, they didn’t care either. So f**k em, what can I do to help my girlfriend

I myself am having this pain and it has nothing to do with chlamydia. It happens to most people, I've had this pain before (very rarely) and it's without even having sex sometimes. It's probably not what you want to hear but the best thing to do is just ride out the pain and try not to make sudden movements.

I experience same symptoms , only urgent care told me it was my appendix, sent me to ER when I was there they told me they didn’t think it was Appendix they thought it was kidney or liver well it ended up being cysts on my ovaries that ruptured

Hi everyone. This has happened to me twice. The person who said it could be gas or constioation is correct in that could be both. It could also be:
1. A bruised cervix! If you have particularly deep penetration, or your partner has a long member, it can hit your cervix, which releases the worst kind of deep pain to all the nerves in there, abdominal, uterine, rectal. It happened to me and my partner was so concerned we called the doctor. Tip, don’t fold your legs up to your sides in missionary, too deep!
Or 2: a cyst. If you have an ovarian cyst, sometimes during sex you can kind of jostle it, and it just hurts. Similar sensation, but usually localized to one side.
Hope this helps.

I had this same exact experience, the pain became so unbearable I went to the ER. After getting my blood drawn and a ultrasound, it was determined that I had a cyst on my overies , and had “pelvic inflammatory disease or PID for short. Typically caused by a untreated STI such as chlamydia or gonorrhea which can cause infertility if left untreated. The nurse who treated me gave me an antibiotic call doxycycline that treats PID and the STI at the same time. Hope this helps someone.

Hey ladies, I'm experiencing this exact same pain. But for me the attempt to pee or have a bowel movement is extremely painful. My husband and I had vaginal sex this morning, I got up to pee when the pain hit.
I feel the pain riding up my colon, and can feel the gas and bm wanting to get out. But when I sit to complete the task it feels like my anus might prolapse (this has never happened before I'm only assuming that is what it feels like). So much pain, dizzying, nauseous pain. I'm unable to push them out (gas or poop), and the sensation of having my first bm alleviated some of the pain.
I have had endometriosis, but I also know I am slightly constipated. My guess is during coitus penetration shoved it all up further, and somehow strained the muscles from my orgasm.
Now I'm left with a painful rectum, inability to toilet without pain, laying on a heating pad on one side and a hot water bottle on the other.
Good luck ladies! My day is a write off... and Merry Christmas!
