I have these exact same symptoms. Immediately following intercourse. I have digestive issues, if I have a flair up happening this tends to be when I have the pain, my obg is also looking into endometriosis. If you suffer from constipation or any GI tract stuff you may want to see a GI dr.

I don't know if anyone is still on here... But I have the same symptoms and after years I was finally diagnosed with PCOS (POLYCYSTIC OVARIAN DISORDER) and anal fissure. I was placed on a diabetic medication (metformin) and for anal fissure they suggest surgery which I haven't received yet. Hope my information helps

I had sex for the first time yesterday, and I was kind of stressed out by the thought of it and didn't go to the toilets (to poop) for quite a long time, like 2/3 days... (sooo sexy) And after, I started getting those huge waves of pain in the rectal area and my stomach ! And it was worse this morning, the pain woke me up I couldn't get up and when I was able to do so I went to the toilets but nothing would come out, and it was very painful to "force" things out. I think I also got a wave of fever, it was awful... But the day passed, it did get better and right now I'm just feeling some dull pain in my lower stomach... I reaaaaaaally hope it won't happen again, it was one of the worst pain I ever had... (and definitely don't have sex if you're having stomach troubles !)

I ALSO have these problems!!! After sex, after a bowel movement!! I am in pain right now as we speak, I just had a bowel movement!! I also have a history of hemorrhoids and when I had a hysterectomy they had to do rectal reconstruction because of my last child birth!! So I am assuming it's the hemorrhoids!! Constipation absolutely can cause a flair up and ALSO straining to have a bowel movement as well!!! I can literally go a month without a bowel movement!! I hope this helps in some way!!

Hey. My hus and and I just had some very non passionate sex.... like I'm just doing this for him.... I barely moved.... any way... About a minute after he'd finished, I felt some sharp cramping pains in my rectum. That pain started to become more sever as it crept up into my pelvic region and into my abdomen and finally stopped at the back of my throat.
I believe it to be gas be a use I am Gaddy tonight.. and the pain in my throat feels like I need to burp.
My rectum, however, feels very strange. I'm extremely uncomfortable... I don't think going to the bathroom will help, though, I'm sitying on the toilet trying not to cry. Lucky for me.. I have a high pain tolerance. But it still is very painful. So you're not alone... but I was trying to get some ideas too. I'm going to try having sex while I'm not gassy or after I've gone to the bathroom. I'll see if I experience pain after that.

I am 37 years old I gave birth to my son a year ago and had a tubal ligation a month afterwards. I am facing the same pain in my rectum(we didn't have sex there) lower abdomen and pelvic area twice this week. It's excruciating and don't know what to do. My husband makes a joke "you can't handle this" but we been together 8 years and had sex a lot and I never felt like this before. Same has happened to me! Me third time tonight. I think it might be from ovarian cyst because im ovulating and ive a had a history of painful cyst due to ovulation. I hate it! Ive had the same symptoms! No answers tho from docs. But i think a cyst perhaps. Sucks... Sex was getting real hot and heavy too! My poor fiance got blue balls
