Severe abdominal and rectal pains after sex?

I have the same symptoms! Was diagnosed with PCOS and told it was a ruptured cyst, but it definitely dampers the sex life.... I've been married for 10 years, have had it off and on for a year or so, but lately everytime we have intercourse I have these painful episodes

Same thing! It happened to me as well im thinking maybe hemroids after my two children or someone mentioned gall bladder like so many possibilities it's overwhelming!! It comes and goes for a couple days I think it's ovulation pains, it feels like shocking pains up my vag and and in my ass and one time it got so bad like gas pains that i had to lay down because walking hurt as well as bendinf over it was scary i could not lift my baby and tranfer him into bed as he fell asleep in bouncer. Not cool not to mention having sex when this happens HOLY f**k I CANT EVEN. One time on a checkup it hurt for a pap so lady doc said it could be some muscle tightenimg thing when the muscle doesnt relax .. I forget the name she said but its common. I just don't know also while i was in labour i kept yelling about this thing i felt a hot sting pain on right side lower right of belly button maybe it could be to do with that? Theres a small tight lump still on that side mind you I had 2 sections.? Sigh**** I'm going to go the doc tomaro to see what's up.

This is very true!! The same thing happened to me several times and per research and the personal experience this is exactly what've is it! You don't want nobody to touch you or your vagina. You try to do number 2 and you can't bc you don't want to push. It's bc I wasn't using the restroom properly for a few days.

Omg!! What you just explained on here has been happening to me too! Exactly the same. Its happened twice to me the but it only happened the two times I had sex w my bf that's when the pain comes. Have you ever found out what the pain was? I went to the doctors & they told the same exact thing like cyst burst & all that but I know it's something else I just don't know what. ):

I had this today...it was excruciating pain exactly how you described after deep vaginal sex. I have a history of ovarian cysts so I'm guessing it was a rupture. Very painful. The pain is still lingering actually

i think this one is the answer because before i felt exactly the same way.. while having sex with my bf i felt something very painful in my rectum area it feels like it tearing apart.. snd when i read this message. i remember that before having sex with my boyfriend i did go to the toilet to loosen up some poop but after that im still feeling heavy and still feeling that there are still something left inside. but i need to go so wasny able to finish them all..

I had the exact same pain two nights ago after sex with my fiancé. Almost felt like labour pains/extreme gas/knife stabbing/muscle spasms all in one. I am seeing a radiologist today and tomorrow to examine both my renal and uterus. $180 for the renal scan with maybe 80 back from medicare. The 2nd scan will be bulk billed. Let you know if they find anything. We suspect burst cyst as my mothers, aunt and 4 cousins all have suffered cysts.

I just experienced this issue today and decided to research it. During vaginal intercourse 20 minutes ago, an unusual pain happened like my husband hit something. It was painful making me push him away. He quickly asked me "what's wrong" I said "nothing". We continued, but now I'm sitting here with rectal pain. Prior to our sexual activity, I DID go to the bathroom. I'm hoping the explanation about reversing direction pertains to me, but we didn't have anal sex
