I found this. I am also an endometriosis sufferer too though. Many many years of it. I also have a large mass they just found. Having surgery to remove it soon but I'm having horrible rectal and lower abdominal pain after intercourse. No anal. Having a colonoscopy done soon as well so I will update what they find. In the meantime, I hope this helps some of you ladies. I know your pain well. Good luck.
This article is from Ravishly.

One (in many ways) uncomfortable issue among women—especially those under 45—is severe post-orgasm butt pain. Feel a blush creeping on? Don't worry, your secret is safe with us and we're here to explain this bizarre problem.

First off, don't fret: the ache, called proctalgia fugax, is usually not a major cause for concern. Those affected often feel the pang late at night, post-nookie, after waking up from a dead sleep. Basically, the muscles around the rectum are cramping up. This could happen after anal sex, but for some women it comes on during vaginal penetration, too.

Now, if this happens frequently, you should definitely talk to your doctor. If it occurs a few times a year, your best bet is to treat the pain at home. Anti-inflammatory drugs could help ease your tooshie torcher. Massaging the muscles may also help.

As for why this happens in the first place...no one is quite sure. Studies show that increased pressure against the anal cavity can encourage the pain, but there's no word on why some get it while others don't (unfair!), or why vaginal penetration sometimes causes it.

Our doctor-approved advice: see if you can detect a pattern. Does it occur when you use certain toys? Only after anal sex? Be in tune with you body. Above all, don't be afraid to talk to your doctor. Or, for that matter, your friends. Just maybe not at Happy Hour.

I have the same problem. It hurts to even go pee or wipe myself. I have a slight pain/uncomfortable feeling in my lower abdomen and I don't know what's going on. I'm scared wondering if it could be anything bad. I haven't gone to the doctor yet because yet I'm scared to find out what's wrong with me. It sucks because my bum hurts a lot and I feel uncomfortable with every movement! Can someone who may have the same symptoms give me some comforting advice?

I read about all of your comments .. And this is happening to me right now.. And I read about it that maybe the reason of this pain is constipated/gassy .. And yes it's true .. I just go to the comfort room and make the gas pass out and I'm trying to poop.. And yes my feeling is good now.. Little by little the pain is gone.. Just you guys need to make the gas out of your stomach..

This has been happening to me for years and it was a long time before i equated this to sex, I too am very sexual, I usually never remember the dreams. This particular time i remembered some of the dream after a few times i correlated that sometimes i might of had am intense conversation about sex and wake up with my ass hurting. Im so happy to hear that im not the only one. From my research ive found that it stems from clinching as you might when you have a orgasm and the contracting with no release makes you have pain when you wake up. Well good luck with figuring out how to fix this I'm going to be researching for answers p

scar tissue..if you ever had ant type of infection,go untreared or treated to late, you can develop scar tissue, and as it attaches to tissue and organs ,sex, walking, bending, twisting, any reason,or not reason at all,the scar tissue begins to tare away from places it is attached and while doing so,it hurts like a miscarriage,,vagina, tailbone pelvis ,,can feel like it goes all up in your ribs, back,,etc.you have to have scar tissue removed.in my case every 5 years doc said.pain can last minutes to hours and you can feel bruised up inside when you walk or anything on any given day.many years I was told cyst, and other c**p,but when I went in to have dnc after miscarriage,,doc said I had massive amount of scar tissue,,he removed as much as he could, but it would have to be done every 5 years,,for me..i had very little pain for about 5 years,,had a same day surgery done to remove scar tissue..went another five years almost pain free..now its been way past five years and its all my fault for waiting so long..oh I had my first full term pregnancy, and put it off..now I'm back in severe pain,,but setting appts.to get tissue removed again..i like to describe it like this,,if someone had a needle and thread,,and it was sewn into the most tender part of your body,,then they tugged and pulled at it,,then ripped the thread out,,,,yep very debilitating and painful.ask to be checked for scar tissue!!

go,,i wish I went last night,,it could be so many things,,i took doctors word first time and they were wrong,,then had scar tissue,,removed several times,,but now I'm beginning to wonder if its chronic appendicitis,,all the same symtoms,,and it can be there for years,,,and not being nasty,,but don't douche,,if there is any bacteria,,it will just push it up deeper,,just wash and go,,..if you literally cant walk because of pain,,call a ambulance,,dont worry about insurance,,if you don't have any,,you can apply for Medicaid and they will pay bills up to 3 months prior to being approved..
hope you go,,and get a answer,,and help you need
