I have had severe nausea for 2 years, this started after a doctor fixed a hole in my bladder he caused doing a hysterectomy..  also said he fixed pelvic floor and removed scar tissue from small intestines. It only happens when i sleep, whether at night or during a nap. I've taken every stomach medicine there is, nothing has helped, i don't have a gall bladder, i rarely get heartburn, bowel movements are inconsistent. I have A.C.N.E.S. in my front lower quadrant, didn't know if that had to do with it.... I can't tell if the nausea starts first in my stomach or if the pain in my intestines starts first. I usually wake up because of the nausea, sit up, belch A LOT, sit in a chair for about 30 minutes, have a BM, sometimes i feel better sometimes i have to go to the bathroom a couple more times before i feel better, I'm getting ready to see my third gastro Dr, this has went on for almost 2 years. Absolutely only thing that helps a little is 3 benadryl.... But it's been linked to alzheimers and my father died from that so i don't like to take them. I have cut sugar, gluten and caffeine from my diet.i also have not lost or gained weight.
