If I have genital warts on the glans (head) of my penis, will a condom stop my partner - who also has same type of HPV - from developing warts (or anything worse)?

If I perform oral sex on her (and I already have HPV now), do I increase my risk of oral cancer
?

It is always a good idea to wear a condom because you never know for sure what else you or your sex partner may be infected with. I think it is also important for you to hold the condom against the base of your penis when you retract following intercourse so that the condom won't slip off prematurely, resulting in your penile head coming in contact with her vagina. Performing oral sex on someone infected with HPV does increase your risk of throat cancer. A dental dam will help reduce the risk.

Perhaps this was implied in the previous answer, but if I already have HPV (the same kind as my partner), it seems like I would have the virus everywhere already. Does performing oral sex increase my chance beyond the HPV I already have to get oral hpv/cancer?

Are you certain that your partner's HPV is the same as your partner's? It is possible when you have the virus that you can reinfect yourself or even open yourself to new infections. It is possible for the virus to mutate while in you or in your partner, so don't assume that because you have the same infection that you do not have to practice safe sex. It does increase your risk, so as hoseclamps has recommended, please consider using a dental dam.
