Is it recommended to have sex the night before i have the Merena removed? Is there a waiting period after removal?

I think it's totally fine before and after, it's up to you depending on if you experience discomfort after taking it out such as cramping. I wasn't bad when I took mine out and having sex before isn't going to change anything or be bad for the process.
