My wife had a miscarriage a week back in the 6th month of her pregnancy. As we are married for 6 years, we are desperate for a child. We want to know when/how soon can we plan for a child ?

I am so sorry to hear of your loss.
I strongly suggest though that you discuss the reasons for the miscarriage and when to start trying again with your doctor. I also suggest that you both allow yourselves time to not only physically recover, but also psycologically recover from such a significant event.
