Some background information- 16 6'1, 150 pounds, the pain lasts for 10 seconds happens randomly and stops when sitting up straight after a few seconds, happens maybe once a day or none, my last checkup tested my blood was good. Any ideas what might cause this pain? Do I need to lower sugar oil intake, more exercise or is it something serious? Thanks
