I`m 20 (male) and have started to mastrubate since yesterday.
The mastrubation was over very fast. I`m worried because the ejaculation happened fast like after 10 mins or so after i started it.My BP was just above normal.
I have heard people talk about premature ejaculation.So is this the same? Do I have this premature ejaculation problem?
if so then What are the treatments?

If this is the first time that you've masturbated (and that in itself is surprising for a guy of your age...20)
then you no doubt have had a lot of semen stored up.
The fact that you lasted ten minutes before climaxing is not surprising.
Most men come within a few minutes of the start of sexual stimulation.
Your experience is entirely normal.
If you experience ejaculation more frequently, your response time will lengthen, and the volume of ejaculate drops off.
You also may experience less satisfaction.

Now coming to my query.I`m uncircumcised.And while masturbating i felt this pain at the head of the penis.My foreskin has a thread like structure that is connected to the head.now while pulling to back and forth it pains a lot.If this pain is persistent then how am I gonna have sex later?
Is there any method i should practice so that i feel normal(=no/less pain) while sex?
