I was having sex with my gf and my skin went all the way back and the bottom of my penis like something ripped or popped and started to bleed but it stopped now but well it heal by its self or so? Should i worry and it hurts a little not much

Was it the little band of string on the bottom of your penis that goes to the head that tore? If so, it happens - a lot. It's called a frenulum.
If it has healed then you're fine. It can tear again however. If it does, see a urologist to have it examined. There are ways of "loosening" the frenulum to prevent this from happening.

Yes it will heal, but it takes time. It can start bleeding from an erection alone, like you get at night.
Keep it clean, and as dry as you can. It will stop hurting, in time.
