Just let it heal, don't have sex for a few days and don't clean it until your comfortable to clean all of the blood out without making it pop again.

I am a male with foreskin and i have come across phimosis and retractible foreskin becuase I and non circumsized and am interested in my body. I have read a few similar stories of the frenulum been ripped or torn. I believe this is perfectly normal, it will eventually happen, if you are not sexually active or dont masterbate alot this is where the problem might have originated. When i was a boy i believed i ripped my frenulum while playing with myself(skin attacted to bottom circumference of the knob in uncirumsized boys) i got scared thought i hurt myself badly because about 50-70% of the skin around my knob ripped off not all of it so i decided to rip the remaning skin, i remember a bit of blood but not alot. i thought i had to go to the hospital but i was too embarrassed to tell my mom so i stuck it out. I asked my older brother about this who is also not circumsized and he said the same this happened to him. idk if it is family genetics but we both had our "PHIMOSIS" which it is not so dont worry bout yourself, neither did I because he told me it healed and that he could pull his foreskin all the way back and before he couldn't just like me until i ripped the skin. So in conclusion no need to worry i was younger when it happened to me so when i ripped my skin my penis was obviously smaller because i was 7 at time so it might be a bit painful but it will eventaully heal and you wont have problems pulling your foreskin back. P.S i also realized that when i ripped my foreskin i notice i have tiny little foreskin fragments/bumps idk, around the bottom where the skin ripped on the head of my penis. Hope this helped. this also helped as i got older because my penis could strech alot more.
