The developing fetus increases the pressure in your abdomen and can cause acid reflux type symptoms.
You also need to get your blood pressure checked. While pregnant your circulatory system is increased in size and it can cause your bp to drop. It should return to normal after delivery but you do need to have it checked. It can also indicate you are dehydrated, possibly as a result of the throat issues.
