six weeks after laproscopic hysterectomy, the doctor took cervix, fallopian tubes and the uterus (which was 11 times normal size) i had four tumors that were (non cancerous) thank God. however, i do have a few questions.
1. what type of execersizes can i do besides walking, that wont injure me?
2. i walk twenty minuets a day on concrete. is that to much?
3. should i be walking on grass?
4. considering i still have my ovaries, cant i still get pregnant?
5.not currently taking medication tho' i take a female multi vitamin
and iron tablets and additional vitamin e, along with milk thistle, very green
is that enuff?


can someone help me with this?

Hi there, try to take it easy while you recover. I think that you should be fine with whatever you walk on so long as you have nice shoes. And if you want to do exercises, some gentle yoga might work. And without fallopian tubes, you probably will not be able to get pregnant. I think that what you've got together makes sense but if you could, let me know how you're doing and what you think?
