i have skin colored bumps below head of penis and on testicles. They don't bother me and I had some sexual contact but no sperm was involved. I haven't told my parents or seen a doctotr and I can't remember if the small bumps came after sexual contact, of before. Please help!

Google genital warts and see if it sounds/looks like what you have. If so, it is an STD and very contagious. But it can be treated with a perscription cream or the doctor can freeze them off.
