I have been dealing with a rash on my shins for about 2/3 years.I have seen many dermatologists.I amreally getting worried because it is getting worse.my right shin has a big red patch and i also notice my big toe turns red.my left shin has dots and it feels like i have a rash around my groin area from sweating.at times i well just break out in sweat.I have had 11 back operations and have a stimulator implaint.my doctor says i am border line for diabetes.I take alot of meds due from back operations.I have b/c b/s threw verizon also on medicare.I live in kingston nh a 56 year old male.can someone please help.
