See your doctor or seek emergency medical attention. You should not be in pain, much less agony.
Have you had many of your periods since you delivered? Sometimes they don't start up right away. It is possible that it was part of the placenta. Normally the doctor would check to make sure that the afterbirth was complete.

Everything was checked I just can't understand y this happens now and not when he was first born and this is my second period since he was born thank you for your advice I'm going to go to the doctors tomorrow x
