Hi i have a sleeping problem befor 1 year....when i m going to sleep on bed after when i near to deep sleep...sudenly i wack up with long beath and feel so weekness of my whole body...im a drinker and also chain smoker.....im 30 year old

You could quite smoking and drinking, then after 3 - 6 months your problems would more then likely be corrected. My feeling is that you got used to passing out rather then going to bed. Then if you don't drink enough your body suddenly wakes you up and wants either a cigarette or a drink.

Your only 30 now and if you were to quit these things early on, you'll have alot less problems in the future.

Do you have asthma or hypertension?
You should really quit smoking. It will not do you any good. Also, try to drink milk before going to sleep. Many said that it can help aide for a good night sleep.
