Ive never been sexually active and ive just noticed these little skin colord bumps on the the tip of it a little higher than were PPP is supposed to occour and it hurts when it rubs against my pants and stuff i dont know what to do. they loook like penis acne i dont think theres such thing thats just me jokeing but seriously what do you think this is its freaking me out and i really dont want to see a doctor about it.... :'(
