A year or two ago I noticed a cluster/group of tiny white/skin-colored pustules(?) under the foreskin. Some of them having slightly different shapes. It has grown steadily since then. These aren't Pearly penile Papules. It does not occur on/under the glans, only under the foreskin on the skin. It doesn't pain, maybe a little when i press the skin harder. Anyone know what this is?

Several conditions or situations can lead to bumps or pustules on or under the foreskin. Some potential explanations include:
-
Fordyce Spots: These are small, raised, pale or white bumps that can appear on the penis, among other places. They are sebaceous glands (oil glands) that are visible on the skin. They are harmless and are not related to any disease or illness.
-
Balanitis: This refers to the inflammation of the glans (head) of the penis, but it can sometimes involve the foreskin. It can be caused by infections, allergies, or other conditions. Symptoms can include redness, itching, swelling, and sometimes pustules.
-
Genital Warts (HPV): Caused by the human papillomavirus (HPV), genital warts are small, flesh-colored or gray growths that can be found in the genital area.
-
Molluscum Contagiosum: This is a viral skin infection that can cause small, pearly or flesh-colored bumps. The center of each bump may be indented.
-
Folliculitis: This is an inflammation or infection of the hair follicles. It can be caused by bacteria, yeast, or other types of fungus. It can lead to small, pustule-like bumps.
-
Cysts: Sometimes cysts can form on the skin, filled with keratin or sebum.
-
Contact Dermatitis: An allergic reaction or irritation from substances like soaps, lotions, or other products might cause skin irritation or bumps.
If you're noticing changes in your skin or are concerned about any symptoms, it's wise to consult with a healthcare professional, preferably a dermatologist or a urologist.
