Small hole just inside of anus entrance

For about four months now I have been going through various anal challenges with the most recent being a small hole (maybe 1/8 of a cm in diameter) just inside the entrance to my anus.  It's a good deal lighter than my natural color, but is still a pinky color.  For some back story if that my help, I first began feeling pain about four months ago but was unable to see a doctor until two months ago at which time I was told I most likely had an anal fissure.  During this time I experienced constant pain, burning, and some bleeding. Then about a month ago, i had a colonoscopy which showed a enlarged whitish protrusion near my entrance and waas told that I had a internal hemorrhoid.  Following this I went on a few medicines in addition to the stool softeners I had been using and the pain had gone away and the bleeding has been gone for ages.  About two weeks ago, as I was doing my pre-sugary meeting another doctor examined me and said that I had a condition known as anal dermatitis and a yeast infection, both of which had been causing the irritation.  Now I have this hole and, while there is still no pain or bleeding, there is some minor itching and it just doesn't feel quite right.  That being said, I have no idea what to do and would appreciate any help.
