I have found a number of hard pealike lumps under the skin around my lower back, and butt cheeks, which are sore when pressed...what could they be? they aren't visible, and feel like they are in a slight depression... not pimples...curious!

I have the same thing and I went to the doctor and she said that it is a sweat gland infection very common and not a problem.
