Hey, so i have noticed these small white spots on my testicles for a few months now and nothing has really bothered me till recently they have been getting bigger and sometimes i can push them really hard and they pop. i dont know what it is and would be happy to provide pictures thanks

Hey hunter it's hard to say without seeing them but they could be fordyces spots. Are you sexually active ?
