I would go to see your gynecologist as soon as you can. If this is a sexually transmitted disease like Chlamydia it can damage your reproductive organs. It could also be a bacterial infection - Whatever it is - it won't just go away without medication.

Hi Kelly Ann: You my dear have a TERRIBLE yeast infection and possibly a bladder or UTI! I usually don't advise women going to see a doctor about a yeast infection as it is easily treated with either Monistat or Canasteen - 7 day in your case! BUT because you are having pain while urininating then you need to see a doctor for a urine test and a swab then probably antibiotics. Just remember that you will need the 7 days suppositories becasue of the yellow and the odor. And even when you think it's all gone, continue with it till the end. Same with your antibiotics. Another thing is when your doctor puts you on anitibiotics and you are using the suppositories, then start taking Acidopholus! This is good bacteria that your body needs and the antibiotics unfortunately kill off.
