for kicks. :)
Outside of tennis practices/games and lacrosse officiating, I haven't run squat in almost 4 months (due to my lingering knee problems). I haven't run a race since last October. :x
But there is this small (local) 5K at a church on Saturday morning, not even 2 miles from my house. My knee is feeling much better these days and I'm thinking of test it out in this race. Eventually, I will have to get back out there. Mentally as much as physically, I want to test myself.
Your thoughts or concerns?

personally i say go for it if YOU think your knee is up for it. it's exactly what i have been doing as well, also for knee problems. i think a small 5k would be ideal to try it out on.
