My son (16 yrs. old) was laughing and turned his head and noticed a lump appeared below his clavicle bone about a half inch in diameter.  He can move it and it doesn't hurt.  He pushes it above his clavicle bone but it goes right back below.  No numbness or tingling in his extremities.  Can anyone help me with this?
