hi i'm a virgin and i have a soft skin colored small spot on my scrotum and it's about have the size of a metal bb. it is where a hair follicle is too and i was wonder what it is, i'm still a virgin and i take good care of myself. i started thinking it was a pimple so i picked at it last week at it started bleeding and it scabbed over then the scab came off and it looks to be still inflamed but not infected. help i'm really scared and i'm going to be having sex with my girlfriend soon and it's embarrassing!!! =[ please tell me how to get rid of this and i cannot go to a urologist or anything because my parents do not have the money.
